Binghamton Housing Authority provides decent and affordable housing in a safe and secure living environment for low- and moderate-income residents throughout the Binghamton area.
The lottery is now OPEN to accept applications for units at Binghamton Saratoga (Heights), 35 Felters Road.
If you click on the link below you will see Saratoga Heights is listed on the NYS HCR website. The lottery – meaning, anyone can apply for units – will be open for 45 days, until April 28, 2026. On May 13th applicants will be selected on a random basis to be given the option to move into a new unit at Saratoga Heights, if the applicant qualifies.
